New Zealand-style ice cream food truck, Fragaria (Instagram | Website), is opening its first brick-and-mortar shop in Maitland.
The new location, at 110 N. Orlando Avenue [GMap], will give the business a permanent home after several years operating as a mobile vendor at markets and events. The shop will serve the same style of ice cream that built the brand’s following: soft, creamy blends made by combining frozen fruit with a plant-based base of cocoa butter and sunflower butter. Flavors include strawberry, mixed berry, blueberry, and several non-fruit options like chocolate, vanilla, and cookies-and-cream, and they’re all dairy-free.
Fragaria expects to open the Maitland shop by the end of the year, but you can check their truck out at the following spots before they open.
