PopUp Bagels (Website), the TikTok-famous bagel concept from Connecticut, is planning to bring its “rip and dip” style bagels to Winter Park in the former Soho Juice building at 646 S. Orlando Avenue [GMap] near West Fairbanks.
Known for its small-batch, fresh-out-of-the-oven bagels served with rotating artisan “schmears,” PopUp Bagels started as a pandemic hobby in 2020 and quickly built a cult following through pop-ups and social media.
The brand has since expanded into permanent stores across the East Coast, winning awards at events like Brooklyn BagelFest and earning a reputation for hot, crusty bagels paired with creative toppings. In Florida, franchise agreements are already in place for multiple cities, including Tampa, Jacksonville, and Orlando, and Winter Park appears to be one of the first locations in the pipeline.
An opening date is not public at this time.
