A new 40,000 SF commercial building called “Rivian @ Millenia” is being planned for 4825 Millenia Boulevard [GMap] in Orlando’s Florida Center North area, according to City of Orlando permit records.
The building permit application was processed on September 18 and lists an estimated construction cost of $11.5 million and the owner of record is Boyland Properties Millenia Palms Drive LLC.
Hoodline reported in April that Rivian Automotive has proposed a sales showroom with service bays and electric vehicle charging at the site, in a project still early in city review.
Rivian already operates two service locations in Orlando, at 1026 Jetstream Drive and 4000 Shader Road, according to CoStar and Rivian Trackr. The Shader Road site opened in 2024 as a service and storage facility.
